Returns and refunds

As our products are made (printing or embroidery) on demand, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, as each one is created uniquely upon order/request for each customer and are therefore not kept in stock.

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@videohero.com

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@videohero.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@videohero.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Regretably, returns are not accepted neither for buyer´s remorse or purchasing the wrong size.

Please be sure to get the correct size based on the sizing chart of each product or reach out to us via contact us page or by email support@videohero.com if you have any doubts.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks (14 days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks (14 days) after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Notification for EU consumers:

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Print-ted.com reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

In case of returning defected item use the return address on packing list.
